Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Ingredients

pummelo*
1
navel orange
1 T
sucanat
1/4 cup
shredded coconut

Preparation

Peel the pummelo and orange so no white membrane is left.
With a sharp knife, section the fruit by cutting it away from the membrane.
Mix the fruit in a bowl with Sucanat and coconut.

You can make endless variations of this by adding other favorite citrus fruits, nuts, etc., but this basic recipe is really good.

* Pummelo is a green grapefruit-looking fruit that tastes somewhat like grapefruit but is much milder.
